Structural Composition and Working Principle
The floating dock pump station mainly consists of a pump station float, lifting facilities (for maintenance), inlet pipe, outlet pipe, pump, vacuum system, valves, rocker arm joints, rocker arm water delivery pipe, power distribution system, automatic control system, fire protection system, domestic sewage treatment system, generator set, anchoring system, and trestle (designed according to user requirements and actual working conditions). The floating dock can continuously supply water even with water level changes without the need to replace joints. The floating dock pump station can be controlled automatically by PLC or manually, with a voltage range of 380V to 10KV. Pump start-up and shutdown are simple, and operation is safe and reliable.

When navigation is possible, an integrated floating dock pump station (ZF type) will be used. After being manufactured as a whole, it will be transported by water to the site for installation.
When navigation is not possible, a modular floating dock pump station (PF type) will be used. The dock body will be modularly designed and manufactured in sections, then assembled into a whole at the water intake point for easy transportation.
